LBO'S COLLECTIBLES: LIVE BREAK FAQ

What is a "Live Break"? A live break is a way to collect cards from your favorite teams without buying a full, expensive box or case of wax. We open the boxes live on camera, and you receive all the eligible cards pulled for the specific team (or spot) you purchased. It is the most thrilling way to hunt for massive hits!

Where do I watch the breaks? All of our breaks are streamed LIVE on Instagram. Make sure you are following our page and turn on live notifications so you never miss a pull! A link to our Instagram is located at the top and bottom of our website.

What cards actually ship to me? We want to keep your shipping costs low and your mail days heavy with fire.

  • WE SHIP: All hits, autographs, relics, numbered cards, short prints, and rookies.

  • WE DO NOT SHIP: Veteran base cards. (No base vets!). You are not paying to ship bulk paper.

What happens if my team doesn't get any hits? Getting "skunked" is the worst feeling in the hobby, and we’ve all been there. If your spot does not pull a single eligible card during the break, you are covered by our Hitless Protection. Your package will automatically include a sealed bonus pack or a bonus card on the house!

How do you handle cards with multiple teams on them? If we pull a card featuring players from multiple teams (and both teams are owned by different buyers in the break), the card will be randomized live on stream at the end of the break using Random.org. We will roll the virtual dice to determine how many times we click randomize, and the team at the top of the list after the final click takes the card!

What happens to Redemptions, Points, or "Non-Team" cards? Any cards that do not have an official MLB/NFL/NBA team designation—including Topps Home Run Challenge cards, celebrity First Pitch cards, Panini Points, and generic gift card redemptions—are awarded to the buyer who purchased the dedicated "Non-Team / Redemptions / First Pitch" spot for that specific break. If that spot is not explicitly sold in a break, these cards will be randomized among all break participants.

When will my cards ship? We know you want your hits ASAP! All break packages are sorted, securely packed, and shipped within 2 to 4 business days after the live stream concludes. You will receive an automated email with your tracking number the moment your shipping label is printed.

Can I get a refund or cancel my spot? Because of the live and immediate nature of box breaks, all sales are strictly final. Once a break begins and the first seal is broken, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations can be processed.
